GRAMERCY TOWERS

Residential Condominium Project

Greenhouse designed three various living spaces for Gramercy Towers in San Francisco that targeted three specific clientele markets.  Gramercy Towers stands 17-stories tall and is located in Nob Hill and offers a long list of luxury amenities including an elegant indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, doorman, fitness center and more.  We created three condominium spaces that embodied the overall feel of the building into those spaces.

Gramercy Towers: Welcome

GRAMERCY CONDO - SPACE A

Modern Soft Luxe

In San Francisco, a clean, urban-modern approach is the rule.  This condominium space was designed for a younger, feminine market with the idea of a soft palette including pops of lavender and small drops of bold color.  Sheer curtains let light flood in so that paint colors are seen in their truest expression.

GRAMERCY CONDO - SPACE B

Mid-Century Modern Luxe

Using a heavily saturated emerald green for the forefront of the design palette, the goal was to design a space that felt urban and modern with touches of mid-century with focus on a male or female resident.  Gold accent pieces, abstract wall art, and neutrals balance the luxe green sofa in the space.

GRAMERCY CONDO - SPACE C

Neutral Modern Luxe

Space C was designated for the client who desires the neutral in life, a clean palette with simple greys, whites and blacks, and likes a very minimalistic design palette overall.  This would be most masculine space design for this project with heavy use of leather, geometric patterns, and abstract details.
