Modern Luxury #1_Render.jpg

Transformation of a $17M NYC living space in 3 variations based on the clients design preferences.  These looks included modern luxury (rich green velvets and leathers), Easy Elegance (navy blue velvet, black and gold elements, and a neutral palette), and a Rich & Regal (crisp white design with pops of deep blue) design.  The scope of work was to incorporate high end design aesthetics and furniture selections which was featured by/(selected for) Elle Decor.

In 2018, Erin created three spaces for Martha Stewart, using furniture and inspiration from the Martha Stewart Furniture line.  Martha’s interior aesthetic preferences were taken from her Charles Street, Lily Pond, and Skyland’s Retreat. The modern NYC inspired living room space titled “Color Pop” was Martha’s favorite selection of Erin’s work as it was a modern perspective on furnishings she had selected.

Greenhouse designed three various living spaces for Gramercy Towers in San Francisco that targeted three specific clientele markets.  Gramercy Towers stands 17-stories tall and is located in Nob Hill and offers a long list of luxury amenities including an elegant indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, doorman, fitness center and more.  We created three condominium spaces that embodied the overall feel of the building into those spaces.
